St Patricks Day Green Smoothie

This is a perfect celebratory drink for St Patricks Day and an excellent source of nutrition for pregnant women and mamas (or anyone really!)  The spinach is high in iron and folate, both so essential in baby-building (aka pregnancy). The pineapple is supportive of digestion, and the orange and lime are packed with Vitamin C.   We hope you enjoy!     Ingredients: 1 orange 1/2 lime, fresh squeezed  1/2 a bunch of parsley 1.5 cups of spinach 1 small bunch of mint leaves (optional) 1 cup of frozen pineapple Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth!
