About us

Birthing women are powerful, beautiful, and possess an inner guidance that knows what’s needed to gestate, birth and care for their babies.

Jaime and Mia's Birthday
Founded in 2013, Santosha Birth and Wellness is built on the belief that birthing women are powerful, beautiful, and possess an inner guidance that knows what’s needed to gestate, birth and care for their babies. While many of our offerings are catered to women in the childbearing season, we also recognize that as women, we birth many creations in our lifetimes. Santosha supports women in all life phases to live in connection to their vibrant, wise, and well selves.

We see it as our deep calling to support women in accessing their own inner health and happiness throughout their journey of motherhood and womanhood. Our natural products and services help support women in finding their own inner resources and assist them in health and healing.

Meet Jaime

Jaime Fleres

A long time herbalist, yogini, and women’s wellness advocate and author, Jaime Fleres discovered her passion for supporting women in the childbearing season as she journeyed through her first birth and pregnancy. Following her daughter’s birth in 2013, Jaime completed her doula and placenta encapsulation trainings, studied with renowned herbalists, completed her 230-hour yoga teacher training (including a special certification for restorative yoga) and her Qoya teacher certification.  She published her book Birth Your Story: Why Writing About your Birth Matters in 2017. Jaime is honored to offer products and services to women in the childbearing season and beyond, and delighted to support and serve women in a meaningful way.  You can also find her at JaimeFleres.com where she offers book coaching and writing support.

I care deeply about the quality of women’s experiences, throughout life and particularly during the childbearing season.  I believe every woman has the right to be informed and empowered to direct her own path of womanhood and motherhood.  I believe all women deserve to have a positive and peaceful experience of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.  I believe all women deserve to be healthy and happy, and that natural healing modalities can be a key source in supporting these ends.

Working with Jaime was a dream come true. She is that perfect mix of a medicine woman who embodies the wisdom of an elder, the compassion of someone walking a path alongside you, and the sweet innocence of a child with a wide open heart.  She sources her medicine from a place beyond time, but makes it accessible to the specific challenges and joys of expanding into our next expression of self to birth, to re-birth, and to live!  Rochelle Schieck, Founder of Qoya
